Mr. Adams has a diverse background in civil engineering, structural design, and project development. His experience spans over more than twenty years in the construction industry. Through his industrial experience with consulting firms, structural fabrications, general contractors, and state agencies, his involvement has reached the entire facet of design and development, through construction and inspection.
Prior to starting the firm, Mr. Adams taught structural and civil engineering design and analysis for twelve years at Michigan Technological University and the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
Also, Mr. Adams has been involved with the multi-family housing development arena for the last twenty years via private ownership and management of several federally funded projects, including projects under the Farmers Home Administration guidelines. With being a developer, designer, and owner of these projects, Mr. Adams provides the knowledge and expertise to provide clients with initial design concepts, cost solutions, and funding opportunities, that may reduce overall project cost and beneficial facility amenities.
