The Principal Design Team at Southwest is comprised of Richard C. Adams, P.E. , Ronald P. Tessmann, P.E. , and J. Steven Swift, AIA, Architect. Our team will analyze the program requirements, develop architectural and engineering concepts, coordinate construction observation and maintain a close working relationship with the Owners and Contractor's representatives. A strength of the firm is that these principals are the individuals that will be in charge of the project from inception to completion.
S.D.A.I. employs technicians and support staff who perform computer generated construction drawings and specifications. Southwest uses the latest version of AutoCAD Architectual Desktop & Accurender as it's drafting software. We have maintained a staff of seven for over 15 years, with the average employment of all employees equating 21 years of service at S.D.A.I.; We are a team. All employees but one have been with the firm for 18 years or more, the remaining individual has been employed for 4 years
