Project Description:
Provide a new combined facility to house the Village of Gratiot Post Office and the Gratiot State Bank. New wood frame construction, single story building with a partial basement of concrete with precast concrete deck under the bank portion only and a double drive-thru canopy on the east side. Needs for security for both tenants was high; security between the 2 tenants was a concern. Exterior of building finishes are face brick with E.I.F.S. accents, aluminum windows and door, metal trim and a shingle roof.
