New office building to centralize various scattered offices constructed of steel stud framed, slab-on-grade and wood roof trusses. Provide common central entrance lobby, conference room, break room, and rest rooms to be shared by separate office suites on both sides. Exterior finishes of horizontal siding, masonry wainscot at front entrance, vinyl windows, aluminum entrance system and shingled roof.
Two additional similar buildings were proposed for the Cities of Elkader and Muscatine; but funding was not approved for them.
